Jan and Geert found a new shared passion in barbecue. After five years of BBQ-competition throughout Europe and at The Jack,

organizing our own contest in Diksmuide and one year at the judges' table it was time for a new challenge.

Mates & Plates Barbecue Team was born. By the end of 2018 Bregt, al longtime friend of Jan, joined our team!
